Regular participation will help facilitate this. To maintain consistency, new group members are added on a rolling basis, 1 to 2 times per year.

Meetings primarily involve sharing case material by group members. Participants will be encouraged to reflect and share personally on their own traditions, learning, and challenges. Due to the nature of case material shared and personal sharing, participants must be able to be respectful of other group members and case material. Participants must be open to group feedback, be willing to listen to other group members, and share their own reflections with humility and respect.

Confidentiality of case material presented, and personal sharing of group members is of utmost importance. Group members will be given a general format for preparing case material presented to the group. In all case presentations, Participants should seek to protect potentially identifying information.

Please Note: Any group member who consistently demonstrates an inability to abide by these requirements will be dismissed from the group and not allowed to return.
